From Engineering to Entrepreneurship
I’m Alex Balog, a Houston-based entrepreneur, business consultant, and product builder with a background in engineering, architecture, and executive leadership.
I help founders and businesses turn ideas into products, launch new ventures, and grow existing operations through business strategy, product design, software development, and go-to-market execution.
Education & Early Career
I graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Engineering and began my career as an Engineer in Training.
I left engineering to start my first business, a tutoring company, before studying Architecture at the University of Oregon.
I later worked as a designer at Sustainable Living Innovations, contributing to ambitious net-zero high-rise building projects.
Building & Operating Businesses
Since 2020, I’ve served as Chief Operating Officer of Bravo Ready Studios, a multimillion-dollar gaming and entertainment company.
My experience spans business operations, product development, fundraising, acquisitions, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
I’ve helped build, launch, and grow products and businesses across gaming, digital collectibles, e-commerce, and technology.
